- The student confirms that they
applied to UTSA between fall 2015 and the current semester and was
admitted to UTSA.
- The student agrees to begin in
the designated semester stated above and be co-enrolled at Alamo and UTSA.
- The student agrees to enroll in
a minimum of 12 total credit hours at their respective Alamo College and 3
credit hours at UTSA.
- The student agrees to complete
the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or TASFA (Texas
Application for State Financial Aid) for the Alamo Colleges. Financial aid
will be granted from one of the Alamo Colleges.
- The student must meet
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) each semester meaning the student
must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (a “C” average) and complete
the 3 hour course each term at UTSA.
- The student will need to
provide any TSI scores or take TSI assessment if not exempt. (http://www.utsa.edu/rowdyready/TSI_Assessment)
by deadline.
- The student will need to submit
proof of their meningitis immunization (http://www.utsa.edu/rowdyready/Meningitis_Immunization)
by deadline.
- The student will need to attend
and complete a one day orientation or on-line orientation and meet with an
advisor.
- The student may need to bring
an unofficial or official transcript with them to advising if registering
for a class that has a pre-requisite.
- The student must submit a final
Alamo College transcript showing all completed work, when the student is
ready to transition from Alamo Colleges to UTSA full time.
- I understand that if I chose
not to enroll in the designated term listed above, that I will inform the
Alamo Runners Coordinator, Maria Olalde at maria.olalde@utsa.edu or alamorunners@utsa.edu.
