Event Information: Campus visit requests should take place in Bexar County from 8am-7pm, calendar allowing.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Please provide a minimum of three (3) weeks' notice for reservation. A new reservation form will be required when rescheduling cancelled or additional events.

High School (9 - 12th Grade) Request:
Community Outreach no longer coordinates presentations for high school audiences. If you are interested in requesting a presentation for students grades 9-12, please submit your request through the UT San Antonio Admissions website Contact - UT San Antonio Please reach out to assigned Admissions Representative to request a high school presentation or recruitment event.
